eFax, from j2 Global Communications, is a great service that offers and easy-to-use interface and many useful features.

However although eFax does offer a great service it’s price is a bit higher than other internet fax services starting out at $12.95 per month for 130 incoming fax pages.

eFax offers an interface that makes it easy to send and receive faxes online from your account or you can also integrate it with your web mail such as gmail, hotmail, yahoo, msn, etc.

You get to choose from getting a local or toll free number however if you pick a toll free number then you will be charged $0.20 for each incoming fax page.

eFax offers live chat support and along with a customer service phone number so they are always available to help.

Overall eFax is a great solution if you don’t have to do much faxing and don’t require a toll free number. They do offer a Free 30 Day Trial and it is suggested that you use it becuase doing so will qualify you for 0 setup fees if you do decide to sign-up.
